About this exam
The Braze Certified Digital Strategist is responsible for planning and optimizing campaign strategies based on best practices and performance. They should have a general understanding of each component of Braze’s technical stack and how they work together. They must be able to identify user personas and lifecycle journeys including meaningful moments and drop off points. The Digital Strategist typically works closely with marketing operations (Braze Certified Marketer) who executes the campaign strategy.
