Map your Data Architecture

Once your marketing team completes the campaign planning process, they should collaborate with your organization's technical and customer relationship management teams to map your brand’s data architecture. This exercise identifies data sources, confirms their availability, highlights potential gaps, defines custom data naming conventions, and establishes a data update frequency for the essential data identified for your top-priority campaigns.

During this period, your teams will dedicate a few hours to coordinate internally and complete the campaign and data planning sheets in the onboarding workbook before meeting with your onboarding manager – or our partner agency onboarding consultant – for discussion.
